What is included in my booth fee?

The fee for each 10x10 booth space rented includes:

• 8' Draped backwall (blue and white) and 3' side dividers (blue)
• 7” x 44” one-line black & white company identification sign
• 6 exhibit staff badges – includes lunch on both Wednesday & Thursday in exhibit hall
• Pre- and Post-Show Electronic Attendee Lists

What is the Exhibitor Schedule?

When should I arrive/depart Baltimore?

You should make plans to arrive in Baltimore in time to have your booth completely set-up by 4:30 pm on Tuesday, September 17 for the Opening Reception in the exhibit hall.

Please note Exhibitor move-out begins Thursday, September 19 at 1:30 p.m. If Freeman is storing any crates/boxes for you, please allow at least 90 minutes for the cases to be returned to you at your booth after close of show.

What are the booth height restrictions?

Any in-line booths can be no higher than 8'. Island booths cannot be any higher than 20'—this includes any signs that will be hung above your booth.

Is the exhibit hall carpeted?

The exhibit area is NOT carpeted. Aisles will be carpeted in blue. Show management requires that all exhibitors carpet their exhibit space – you must order carpet.

What's my booth number?

Can I carry my booth in the front door of the exhibit hall?

Please refer to the Freeman Service Kit Union Regulations for detailed information. One company employee is allowed one trip to hand-carry items into the exhibit hall. The use of dollies, hotel baggage carts, flat trucks and other mechanical equipment is not permitted.

Can I set up my own booth?

Exhibitors in 10x10 booths may work without the use of union labor.

Larger exhibitors are allowed two (2) full-time company employees to work without Carpenter Labor for one (1) hour on move-in and one (1) hour on move-out. If you cannot complete the set-up or teardown of your booth within one hour of two employees working, you must contract labor.

Power tools are not permitted with any size booth.

Can I serve food or beverages in my booth?

No outside food or beverage is allowed in the Convention Center. If you wish to serve food or beverages in your booth, you may do so only by ordering through Centerplate, the exclusive food service provider. A catering order form is provided in the Service Kit.

How do I obtain internet, power, and audio visual services for my booth?

Your service kit includes order forms for internet, power, and audio visual services. You can access the forms through the on-line Freeman service kit. There are also special links directly to these forms on the CTC website, under Exhibitor Service Kit.

How do I ship my booth?

Please reference Freeman's Quick Facts sheet for details on shipping instructions – you also have shipping forms included in your service kit.

Freight shipped to the warehouse can be received beginning Monday, August 12 through Monday, September 9, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 3:30 pm. Freight received at the warehouse after September 9 will be assessed an after deadline surcharge.

Freight shipped to show site will be accepted beginning on Monday, September 16 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Freeman will also be accepting shipments throughout the show.

How do I make arrangements for returning my booth to my office after the show?

Please reference Freeman's shipping forms included in your service kit to arrange in advance for return shipping arrangements. There will also be a service desk located in the back of the exhibit hall that will be open during the show should you have any questions or require assistance with your return shipping arrangements.

Are there restrictions on the use of the Pre- and Post-Show Attendee List

CTC Exhibitors will receive a complimentary electronic excel file of the pre and post-show attendee lists. The pre-show attendee list will be sent to exhibitors the week of September 2, 2013. The post-show final attendee list will be sent to exhibitors by September 20. Each list can be used ONE TIME to market your company's products and services to conference participants. Duplication or reselling of the mailing list is not permitted. The final attendee list can be used ONE TIME within 45 days of the show closing (November 4, 2013).

The electronic attendee list will only include mailing information—phone, fax and e-mails will not be included. Each exhibiting company receives one complimentary lead retrieval app to use on a single device. This will assist exhibitors with capturing leads. When an attendee's name badge is scanned, it will include complete contact information, including phone number, fax and e-mail address.
